I don't have time for digital paintings anymore! Well, I do, but I keep having my sketchpad with me more often now, than before.
It's such a tiny sketchpad, A5, so it doesn't take up a lot of space.
Sometimes it gets a bit bumpy on the train, and whatever straight line you are trying to achieve by drawing just gets screwed over totally by the bumps. I like that, brings a little excitement to the otherwise deliberately boring trip.
Class today was as exciting and fun as always (all this happy and positive talking about the school this far kind of freaks me out, do I really feel this way or am I just trying to convince myself that's how I feel? Joke aside, I really like it there and for once, the tasks you get are fun! Really fun!)
Today we've learned about alpha channel-this and alpha-channel-that and a lot of other stuff which I'm afraid I don't remember a bit of unless check the notes I took to refresh my memory.
Too bad I always miss the 09.47 train home, I have to wait to 11.47 for the next one. Today I decided to take a walk to Rusta to pass some time, and a bunch of classmates joined me.
We spent like, 30 minutes walking in the totally wrong (well, almost totally wrong) direction (might have been my fault, tee hee!) so when we finally figured out where Rusta actually was located I only had very few minutes to find what I needed and get the hell out of there.
I bought two cute carpets and then I jogged (more or less) back to the train station. It was such a looooong way to walk/jog, I'm never gonna walk to Rusta again, EVER! I'd rather waste some money on a busride than walk again. I hate walking from now on. Yes. Especially when all you've eaten that day was an egg-sandwich at 6 a.m.
Conclusion: Bus > walking. Always.
